Making Some Archive Pages

Not going to lie, after writing very extensively the past few days, I decided to take the Sunday off. Still, I try to see how the site’s been faring and one thing I have noticed is that the category list has been increasing in size. The cause simply is that I make every anime I’ve been covering in Episode Reviews its own category. That’s fine for now but I do realize that if I keep doing this and I keep adding 5-7 anime to the category list every season, that list is going to be a bit obnoxious to navigate by next year.

So my plan is that a year from when an anime airs, I’ll probably delete the category to free up space in the list. The one exception right now is My Hero Academia since its third season premieres next year so I’ll probably keep there for as long as Bones keeps animating episodes for the show.

That said, I don’t want any of my past Episode Reviews to get lost in the void so I’ll be creating some pages. Every anime I cover will now have its own page with every single post I’ve written for that anime all in one, neat list. Also included are links to stuff like Season Previews, provided that the anime is featured in the post. This way, you can still find past coverage even when the category for the respective anime gets deleted in the future.

Today, I’ve gotten pages done for Boku no Hero AcademiaIsekai ShokudouMade in AbyssPrincess Principal (anime I covered for Summer 2017 and I’m totally not shamelessly plugging them in here). In the next few days, I’ll get pages done for what I’m currently blogging for this Fall season.

Also as a side note, you might’ve noticed in recent First Impressions that I included screencaps of the OP and ED of shows I’m watching. I originally did not do that with my Summer shows and I’ve been going back and adding screencaps of OPs and EDs for the shows I covered in Blog Series. I did that for Princess Principal way back at the start of November and I just added screencaps to Boku no Hero, Isekai Shokudou, and Made in Abyss. I’m not sure about Keppeki Danshi! Aoyama-kun since I first covered it in a First Impressions Lightning Round and I only committed to a Blog Series at the midseason point. I’ll think on this in the next few days.
