I screwed up with setting up the poll so instead of ending on March 31st, it lasted an extra day and ended on April 1st. That’s my bad but everyone interested in the poll seems to have voted early on so I’m fine with the extra day and I’ll still honor the results. You can see this in the original post but here is the final results for the fourth and possibly final episode review poll:
By a clear majority, the winner of the poll is Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury! I hope my Gundam loving friend is happy. My years of procrastinating on this franchise is coming to an end. For the record, I know a couple of spoilers regarding the show but I’ve only seen the prologue so I ask that people don’t bring up spoilers in the comments.
As I stated in the original post, I’m only promising that I’ll cover the first season in episode reviews. When I get to the season finale, I’ll make a decision on Season 2. While not technically part of Season 1, I am including the prologue in my guarantee. Also, me covering Witch from Mercury doesn’t necessarily open the door to me covering other Gundam series. Anything is possible but I highly doubt it given how much Gundam stuff is out there and how long a lot of specific series are.
I might start covering Witch from Mercucry after the Spring 2024 and during my vacation later this month. If not, then, it’ll likely start in late May as I said so in the original post. I apologize in advance if the wait ends up being long. Regarding 86, I remain undecided on whether or not I’ll cover the runner-up so don’t assume it’s set in stone.
