Time for an update and some reflections. As always, nothing is entirely set in stone and everything here is subject to change.
Currently Covering:

- [Seasonal] Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX – 3/12 eps. (Saturdays)
- [Seasonal] Food for the Soul – 3/12 eps. (Sundays)
- [Retroactive] Princess Principal: Crown Handler – 3/3 movies, 2/3 OVAs (monthly)
Saturdays feel too late to blog about GQuuuuuuX but I’d rather not try to finish a post on a weekday. Was mulling between mono and Food for the Soul for the second slot, before settling on the latter. I’m liking mono but I’m 50/50 on whether I’ll go back to the episode reviews or settle with writing a series review instead.
Backlog:
- Ave Mujica – The Die is Cast – /13 eps. (days off; starting in June)
- Violet Evergarden – /2 movies (monthly; starting in June…hopefully)
I’d love to get back to Violet Evergarden this month but as I might’ve said in a previous post, I want to accommodate a friend who wants to see the movies as well and has been busy as hell. With that in mind, I think I’m more likely to start in June. I’m still mulling it over but there are a couple of shows I may add to do one final push with the backlog.
As for Bandori, here’s where I stand:
- As listed earlier, Ave Mujica is a definite. Not going to decide on the third “series” until after I’m done with the the second one.
- Might cover the MyGO compilation films in separate posts to discuss any changes and new material but there’s currently no subtitled version (official or not). My choice is to either wait for who knows how long or movie onto Ave Mujica and I’m opting for the latter.
- It’d be a lot of more writing but OG Bandori, Roselia, and Morfonication are all maybes. If I cover them, I’m not sure I can get through all of them before the MyGO/Ave Mujica sequel.
- All chibi short series will likely be covered in series reviews.
- Not considering the live films for the episode reviews. They sound cool but I don’t believe they’re part of the main anime storyline.
- Not considering Argonavis either. I’d like to watch it but it doesn’t right to cover it alongside the mainlife stuff since it’s technically been disowned as a Bandori series.
